Hey, I'm Charlotte!

As a child I took up playing the violin and entered a world of music; over time I found that my love shifted from being on stage to capturing what was on the stage and I've loved photography ever since.

After graduating from University, I became a self-employed photographer based in York and formed working relationships with businesses such as Hound of the Barbersville dog groomers where I began to grow my client base.

From there, I shifted into event and wedding photography, which is where you find me today!

I still absolutely love animals, and so I could never stop doing pet photography; what better excuse to spend time with furry friends old and new!

I love meeting new people and being a part of the customer's special day; you can't help but smile when surrounded by such happiness! I love love, so however you identify or whoever you choose to spend your life with, you can feel completely comfortable with me!

What I Do

My favourite type of photos are all natural - I prefer to blend into the background and just let my customers enjoy themselves.

It's worth saying, however, that I also love posed photos, and I am very happy to apply any style that you prefer - from the modern and filtered, to the traditional.

The Legal Bit

I am fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and fully registered as a sole trader with HMRC as Capstaff Photography.

I also ask my customers to sign a detailed contract that covers all aspects of the services I provide, copyrights and release - which I go through in detail during our first meeting and is designed to protect all parties involved.
